Our version of the English classic 'Victoria Sponge' Cake is made with a secret ingredient which produces an incredibly moist sponge. Our buttercream is whipped for a long time until fluffy and infused with vanilla, then sandwiched with swirls of strawberry jam to create one of our best selling 'indulgent' cakes!
