We are an Award Winning artisan bakery based just outside of Bath. We are excited to announce that we received three GOLD awards and three SILVER awards in 2022 and 2023 from Taste of the West, the largest independent regional food group in the UK. It is an honour to be associated with such a reputable company and for our independent bakery to be recognised. Our family are committed to bringing our local community a very high standard of product and service. We sell a variety of cakes, brownies, muffins, cookies and our GOLD award,  the original ‘Brookie,’ from our front door to our local community every Saturday. We also deliver locally.

Almost everything we bake was inspired by our time spent living and visiting other countries.  All of our recipes have been taste-tested and refined by the many visitors and guests who have poured into our home over the years from all over the world.

 

Our sweet treats are gooey, luscious and very ‘moreish'. We also offer a delicious variety of options to suit a large number of dietary needs and cravings; everything from vegan, gluten-free, dairy- free, nut-free and ‘free-from added sugar' options for those of you who shouldn’t have to miss out! In addition, our healthier products  contain either a ‘super food’  ingredient, unrefined or alternative sugar option or sourdough starter that is beneficial for the ‘gut’. 

 

Inspired Bakery only uses the finest quality of ingredients and we never add anything artificial that could cause harm. Where possible we use locally sourced ingredients and unrefined sugars and always use organic flour and free-range eggs. Our gluten-free products are made in the same kitchen where we handle flour containing gluten. However, when we bake anything gluten-free, we do our very best to ensure that they are not in contact with flour containing gluten. We also use sesame seeds, nuts and peanut butter in some of our baked creations.
