I love Sticky Toffee pudding but this incredible bundt cake version is simply divine. Packed with medjool dates which give the bundt cake a fudgy texture and depth of flavour and drizzled with salted caramel sauce. We turned a British classic pudding into a dense cake which stands perfectly on its own. Of course should you want to serve this as a pudding, gently warm with more caramel sauce and serve with ice cream.
