Baobab fruit powder which comes from the Baobab tree in Africa is high in antioxidants, potassium, protein and calcium. It is also a prebioitc which helps to maintain a healthy gut. They are also made with spelt flour which is a healthy whole grain which aids digestion.  Also dairy-free and made with coconut sugar, making these scones a perfect healthier alternative.
