Taste of the West has awarded our Luscious Lemon Bars GOLD in 2022 for flavour and taste! We are delighted and agree that these bars are delcious!
 
What can possibly be more refreshing than lemons? These bars definitely live up to their name; they are absolutely 'luscious'. Tart and sweet with a soft lemony centre and surrounded with crunchy oats. I made these during our first year of marriage and they have since become part of our family.
