It all began with Mrs Field's Cookie book in 1997, just a few months after my husband and I were married. The challenge to bake different varieties each week began as I experimented in the kitchen and baked cookies for the first time. (You can read more about this in 'My Story'). This American chocolate chunk cookie has always been my husband's favourite kind, (eaten with a glass of cold milk), as soon as they come out of the oven.
