Our 'original' Brookie has received a GOLD award from Taste of the West for 2022! 
 
We are often asked 'what is a Brookie?' Our inspiration came when my husband couldn't decide on a cookie or a brownie. As a result....... the Brookie was born! In 2011, whilst living in the USA where both these indulgent treats originated, I started making these 'original' Brookies with our signature brownie recipe and our American chocolate chunk cookie.  They quickly became very popular with our children and friends. We have since created two more flavours; 'White Chocolate Brookies' and 'Peanut Butter Brookies.'
